The 'Gozie and Friends' Children's Book Series
There are currently three books available in the ‘Gozie and Friends’ children's book series; ‘Gozie’s Eventful Day’, ‘Henry’s Visit’ and ‘Morris’s New Home’.
The series can be read in any order and is suitable for children aged between 3 and 7 years old.
The 'Gozie and Friends' series is set in Razzett Lelluxa, a beautiful villa in the village of Xaghra on the Maltese Island of Gozo.
The main character is a dragonfly called 'Gozie' who, along with his friends, finds himself caught up in exciting, fun adventures whilst meeting new and interesting characters.
The books inspire imagination and take you on a magical journey where friendship and teamwork overcome all.
In the first book of the series, ‘Gozie’s Eventful Day’, Gozie’s wings are stolen by a playful kitten called Mixie. Gozie’s friends all work together to find a way to get them back.
In the second book of the series, ‘Henry’s Visit’, Gozie and his friends meet an unusual character, Henry the snake, who travelled unwillingly in the mouth of a bird from Malta to the Island of Gozo. Gozie and his friends try to work out where Henry lives in Malta and Gozie goes on an adventure to take Henry home.
In the third book of the series, ‘Morris’s New Home’, Gozie and his friends prepare for the winter months, however find themselves immersed in an exciting and secret community whilst helping their dear friend Morris.
The 'Gozie and Friends' series of books are captivating & colourful, providing youngsters with great first examples of friendship & teamwork.

About the Author
Emma-Louise Nash was born in London and in 2008 was fortunate enough to move to the beautiful island of Jersey in the Channel Islands.
As well as being a keen writer and photographer, Emma works full time within a marketing and customer experience environment, areas which she is passionate about.
After being inspired whilst on holiday on the Maltese island of Gozo, Emma decided to put pen to paper and write about the beautiful area and creatures that surrounded her.

About the Illustrator
Piers Bois originates from Jersey but spent a significant slice of his life flying gliders and drawing cartoons in the UK where he became known as “The Lasham Cartoonist”.
Although primarily an aviation cartoonist and artist he has also illustrated a number of different types of books, as well as commissioned cartoons and caricatures for celebrities from entrepreneurs to astronauts.
Now living back in Jersey he continues to draw and paint. Visualising Emma’s 'Gozie and Friends' is his first venture into making pictures specifically for young children.
